The hollow claims of equal opportunity and equal right over the nation's natural resources fall flat. Leave aside the large scale displacement of the poor tribals, the economic disparity between the rural and urban India is further widening because of these anti-poor MoUs, as these deals are not aimed to benefit the tribals.
