A Pakistani television channel is beaming a parody qawwali which praises him for showing Jinnah in a positive light and also accords a 21-gun salute to Singh.
Qawwali singer Bankay Mian has devoted this song to Jassu Bhaiya (Jaswant Singh is addressed by this name in the song).
