Its an indirect admission that we (indians) are meddling there. Of course we are and we should - but there is no way we are going to go public with it. BLA (Balochistan Liberation Army) was created by KGB. The Baloch Reisitance movement is headquartered in USA. There are other elements in Balochistan that are backed by Al-Qaeda, Iran and naturally some "assets" are owned by Indians too. By taking the "B" name, India feels it has blunted the "K" word. I guess I was wrong when I thought India has moved up the skills level in international power politics and diplomacy - this is "idiotic".
